Nephiria's Under the Acropolis

The house is located not next to Plaka, but in the heart of it! It is the oldest part of Athens! Kidathineon str, Lisiou str, & Tripodon str are among many streets which exist since the 5th Century BC! Neighbourhood is really quiet and friendly, next to every interesting sightseeing! Metro, bus and taxi stations are a few meters away! Mini-markets, pharmacies, restaurants and cafe-bistrot are one block away!

The house was built in 1920s and the studio is recently renovated. It is 40 square meters, located on the ground floor! Sunny as it is provided with four big traditional windows! Of course, there are shades, for your privacy!

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffeemaker (filter, espresso, cappuccino), fridge, hotplate, plates, glasses, cups, etc. You will also find Espresso & Filter coffee supplies!

In the central room, the sofa converts to a comfortable double bed for two adults to comfortably sleep in (dimensions: 1.40*2.00 meters). In the bedroom, There’s a real Queen sized, double bed and a big closet. Smart TV with Cable channels (Netflix) and Fiber Wifi l and free Air-Conditioning are at your disposa!

The bathroom is provided with shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs and a hairdryer!

Guests will find a clean room and cleaned sheets and towels at check-in time! Additional room cleaning and change of bed sheets/towels on demand can be arranged for an additional charge.

Guests have solid and exclusive use of the House!

We follow automated check-in, check-out procedures so you may check-in anytime after 14:00! You just input the received code on the building’s front entrance lockbox and acquire the key! On check-out you just put the key back in the front entrance lockbox and you are all done!

We use what’s app, vibrer, google hangouts and messenger! Through them we often send pins of recommendations and useful information to make your stay more confortable and easygoing!
